Our Production Facility
Here, with the sincere expression of our General Manager we present how we produce our cat litters with an advanced technology to get them ready to use In order to offer a much more hygienic and much more comfortable environment to both our cat friends living at home and their owners.

Our company, which produces products that touch the lives of millions of cat owners every day in more than 75 countries, continues to grow on a global scale. In a rapidly changing and evolving world, the growth in the sector over the last 13 years is expected to continue exponentially, and we are strengthening our strategic position every day by investing in four important areas.
Our Kilns
Our bentonite recipe, which is dried by passing through 4 rotary kilns, each with a capacity of 60,000 tons/year, is then calibrated by means of crushers and sieves and cat litter is produced in the desired size. The product range is then expanded through coloring and perfuming processes. Established in 2009 with a capacity of 35,000 tons/year, our first facility was completely renovated in February/March 2022 and the capacity of 4 facilities reached a total of 240,000 tons/year.
Our Packaging Facility
There are 9 vertical and 6 horizontal fully automatic packaging lines in our packaging facility, where hand-free filling is realized. These lines have a packing capacity of 40 trucks per day.
Our Packaging Warehouse
Our company has nearly 30 domestic and more than 120 international customers. A large warehouse was needed for approximately 1000 barcodes of packaging for all existing brands. For this purpose, in 2019, we opened the highest and largest warehouse in the Black Sea region, 200 meters from our production facility, with a packaging stock capacity of 220 trucks. We also have a final product stock area for online sales on 1 acre at the entrance of the warehouse.
Our Box Packaging Facility
In 2016, we started with 100,000 boxes and today our adventure in German supermarket chains has reached 13 million boxes. The number of lines, which initially consisted of 1 horizontal box machine, has been increased to 4 today and has the capacity to fill 20 million boxes. Fully automated packaging can be carried out quickly and without errors thanks to the robots coupled to these lines in 2021 and 2022.
Our Fully Automated Facility
We have 4 fully automated facilities, the first of which was established in 2009 and renovated in 2022. Each facility has a capacity of 60,000 tons. In this sense, we are able to produce 240,000 tons of granules.
Our Raw Material Storage Area
We have stock areas in 4 different locations with an open area of 45.000 m², each of which is at most 1 km away from our factory. Bentonites with different elemental structure are classified and prescribed in each field. The mixtures formulated in these open raw material warehouses are brought to our facility and production is carried out.
